Step by Step..

This is the first time in a LONG time that I decided to go back to wet media in my illustrations. Being I didn't quite know what I was going for or what I wanted it to look like, it freed my mind some more and let me just go with it. I blew the dust off of my watercolors and started experimenting. It did feel good to just let myself go and be loose. Although I can't say no to color pencils no matter what, I have to say I'm pretty happy with how this cover came out. It's different than what I usually come up with, but I don't mind it.
